Who Leads It
Performance Under Pressure©: Leadership Edition is led by Dr Marcelle Crinean.
Marcelle holds a PhD in Experimental Psychology, is a Certified High Performance Coach and Clinical Psychotherapist, and following a 20-year career in IT Software in various senior positions, has spent 10 years working with senior leaders in high-pressure environments.
This isn't leadership in theory. It's leadership as it's actually experienced: under pressure, with competing priorities, difficult decisions, and people depending on you to get it right.
