Business Coaching & Consulting

Operational Performance

An Embedded Performance Partner

Most business coaches and consultants come in, assess, recommend, and leave. What I do is different.

I provide business coaching and consulting from inside the organisation – across the leadership team, the senior layer, the places where performance is being made or lost – as an ongoing partner, not a temporary fix.

Think less "brought in for a project" and more "part of the senior team".

Who Is This For?

Business coaching and/or operational performance consulting is for organisations at an inflection point.

  • That might be growth – scaling fast and needing the leadership capability and infrastructure to match

  • It might be change – a restructure, a new strategy, a team that needs to get behind a direction

  • It might be that you want skills and thinking in the room that you don't currently have

  • Or it might be a quieter problem:

    • A senior layer that's capable individually but not quite firing as a unit

    • Decision-making that's slower than it should be

    • A leadership team that knows something isn't working but can't see it from the inside

Whatever the situation, the goal is the same.

To help your people, leadership team and organisation perform at their best.

What I Actually Do

I work across whatever is needed to shift performance at organisational level.

That includes 1:1 coaching for individual leaders, facilitated sessions with the senior leadership team, business coaching, advisory input on strategy and change, and hands-on involvement in the decisions and dynamics that are driving – or limiting – business or individual performance.

I bring the same combination of neuroscience, psychology and high performance coaching to an organisation that I bring to an individual.

Which means I don't just work with what's visible. I get to the root of what's actually going on.

How Engagement Works

Every engagement starts with a conversation about where the organisation is, what it needs, and the right level of involvement.

From there I'll propose a structure on a monthly retainer basis – with flexibility built in – so the focus can shift as the business does.

Engagements typically fall into one of four levels:

→Targeted executive coaching

Focused 1:1 coaching for two or three key leaders. Building capability, sharpening performance, and addressing the individual patterns that are limiting impact.

Executive coaching plus advisory

The core coaching infrastructure, with additional hours available for strategic input, business coaching, growth strategy or change management guidance as the business requires.

Embedded growth partner

Coaching across the full senior leadership team, combined with dynamic deployment across facilitated group sessions, strategic alignment, business coaching and advisory input. This is the level at which real organisational shift happens in capability, in cohesion, and in performance.

→Fully integrated operational partner

An ongoing embedded presence across the whole organisation. Regular senior leadership team coaching, broader leadership development, business coaching and hands-on involvement in scaling, strategy execution and building the leadership capability the organisation needs to get to the next level.

This Might Be Right For You If ...

  • Your organisation is scaling and your leadership team needs to grow with it

  • You're navigating change – a restructure, M&A, a new direction, a team that needs to get behind a strategy

  • Performance at senior level is inconsistent and you can't quite put your finger on why

  • You’ve got great people, but you need skills and thinking in the room that they don't currently have

  • You want someone embedded in the business, not a report on a desk

  • You need an experienced pair of hands and a fresh perspective in the room, but you can't afford – or justify – hiring another full-time C-suite executive
